I'm at 2 1/...I'm also *not smoking* grrr... I'm at 2 1/2 months. <br /><br />A therapist I saw for awhile WAY back told me that quitting is in stages. You'll be fine for awhile and then hit certain points where you'll crave em like mad for a few days. It was something like: after about a month you're over it. You'll crave cigs a while still but less often. Then not at all. Then at 3 months you'll get a sudden craving or 2. Then at 6 months. Then at 1 year. Then, he said, it'll be once in a blue moon forever. <br /><br />So hang in there a few days and it should get better. <br /><br />I'd try to hang in there with ya on the soda & exercise, but I'm a few steps behind still. Maybe when I'm 6 months quit I'll be ready for those steps. <br /><br />Keep it up!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
